No souls though, you see their bodies are what is recycled the mind however stays in a prison database, where they are subjected to non-stop nightmares and torture. This is all in the effort of keeping you a good citizen, because step to far out of line, and you'll be spending the rest of eternity as a floppy disc of horror.
